Hi Bob,

Thank you for your quick reply! We do have a bank account in the US, so traditional might be a better option. Creative financing just seems more attractive right now, that's why we would like to investigate the option. Thank you for your time!

Hi all,

My partner and I are from Europe, but we are very interestend in investing in the US. Currently we are looking into all our options. We love the idea of creative financing, especially because it gives us a possibility to have lower interest rates.

We are wondering if anybody can provide us some information on if subject to or seller finance is possible when you are not a US citizen? We can't really find any information on this.

Thank you for your time!
