Post: Zoodealio offers? Legit or not? Worth it or not?

Thanks for the replies.

He seems okay with the number but is more interested in vetting the company. I wanted to see if there were bad experiences here on BP.

I connected him with my realtor. Hopefully things pan out for both of them.

My cousin is considering the offer that a company has made to him through Zoodealio. He wanted to run it by me. My first thought was to check BP because...you know...BP.

Has anyone conducted business with or heard of: https://zoodealio.com?

Thoughts? Warnings? Green light?

Thanks,

Rory

@Matthew Watson I came here to find a contract for 3 properties in my neighborhood that an investor can rehab and flip or hold. Can someone help me with this? :)

Then I saw your post.

I have a system that I can customize for you. I'm learning about REI but business process automation is my superpower.

1. Incoming leads must be tracked. Where from? Cost per lead? etc.
2. Leads should be called IMMEDIATELY (drastically increases success rate).
3. Lead drop into a visual pipeline with stages. You will see exactly what stage each lead is in.
4. Notifications to staff. "Ball-drop" notifications to admin (no follow up, etc).
5. Short application/form can filter leads. You only want to work with qualified leads.
6. Appointment calendars allow (filtered) leads to schedule themselves or easy for staff to schedule leads.
7. PRE-SALES NURTURING emails increases your appointment rates.
8. SMS and email appointment notifications.
9. Digital contract signing.

You want to create a frictionless selling system and then build out frictionless onboarding and fulfillment systems. The system runs the business and the staff runs the system. :)

My uncle owns property in Tobyhanna. I was recently there and stayed at an Air BnB. The owner told me she gets business all year round but the heating costs in the winter are high so I assume margins shrink in the winter.

They have ski resorts in the winter and water parks in the summer. That is what I liked about it. Unlike some of the southern short-term rental options like Myrtle Beach where the summers are great but the winters are dead.

      Thoughts?

Tom Phelan is your guy for this. He has written a 1031 exchange book for realtors.
