Getting close to closing my first deal in Manchester - 3 family with strong cash flow. Has anyone completed any recent transactions or have any insights they'd like to share?

From what I've noticed from this experience is a lot of friends and family will advise against Manchester due to high (increasing) crime. In my opinion, the crime in Manchester can't hold a candle to any comparable cities in MA and the sidewalks are much cleaner. With the high occupancy rate and relatively low cost of ownership, Manchester is really the only city in southern NH  or MA worth investing in for someone looking for cash flow.

Good Afternoon, new to BP and real estate investing. Looking to buy a 3+ unit multi family in southern NH.

Do you think it's a good time to buy in that market?

Looks like we're headed toward a recession and prices are jacked up so I'd be interested in what people's thoughts are on all that.

Thanks,

Rory
