I’m looking for ways to be able to finance a multiplex bldg (~$500k). I’m thinking of looking for a job relating to real estate.

Is there an entry level job in real estate with a decent pay (~80k+)?

Or do you know of a job in real estate requiring software engineering experience?

How difficult is it to get rid of mold? For example mold found in insulation in the attic. Would u buy a house that mold comes out on the inspection? Thanks!

May I ask how much of average ROI % you get for performing loans?

I'm exploring if Notes is worth the investment versus investing in rental SFH, plex, or stock market. I saw note rates (ie fci exchange, loanmls) are about 6-12%. What do you see as advantage & disadvantage of notes investment over investment properties or stock market? Thanks!
