I know it's not exactly what you are looking for but we were having a hard time getting responses from our title leads and lists. We went back to MLS searching and made this tool to show us the low hanging undervalued fruit on the MLS. You may want to check it out since it may be helpful in those down times when you get no response.

It updates every 15 minutes with new properties for all locations covered.
