I have taken his Note Buying for Dummies class twice. I learned a great deal. I also got to know Scott a little bit and thought I could trust him. He had lots of deals he was looking for JV partners to fund. I jumped in. And Scott stole my money. He didn't pay me when he was supposed to. I sued him and won actual and exemplary damages. I'm happy to send the Petition and Judgment to anyone who's interested.
