Right now just locally. I just picked up a lead in a college town and I think they are worth looking at. 

We have been rehab and resale. Now we are looking at putting less money in the rehab and renting for up to 5 years. 

Also looking for investment property. Single family, duplex and up to four Plex. 

You are correct. I misunderstood the post. My apology. When I read it all I was thinking is that Utah is becoming a sellers market with an anticipation of prices going up 4% possibly. I had 3 properties listed that I was worried about getting sold at the price I wanted. The appraisals have not come up where they should be. In Bountiful when I sold my house I stayed firm and the appraisal came in $2k lower ( that has never happened before ) than another agent came in $20k on her house. My thoughts that right now Utah is a great place to sell. Thank you for correcting me. Buy low sell high. 

haha that's like me.. Always thinking I could add a little more to the list. I am always looking. I love Zillow. My wife keeps telling me to put my phone down. Would love to see your property if you have one in Utah. 

Hey, this is great. I just joined myself and I am excited about the support and resources that are here. My son also joined and we have been rehab and reselling. I think we might be on our 5th house. Our company name is lifetime Properties. Not only do I get to work with my son but also a professional group that are amazing. Wish I had some helpful suggestions. Just learning as we go. I will be following the posts.

Find property and do your research. When you run the math and looks great on paper then you can start searching for investors. The will know a good thing when the see it. Start looking for the right property now. Good luck.

Utah is a sellers market right now. You could see property values going up 4% in the next few months. I have investors looking for rehab homes and homes to rent. Appraisals are not catching up fast enough. It is getting better. I got aggressive on a list and missed it by $2,000. In another month it would have helped. I am looking forward for Utah being a great market this year.
