Unfortunately. Our investment with him is about to go back to the bank. We'll lose over $100k. Awful. Do your due diligence on this firm.

Yes. It went well at first. But now, one of the apartment complexes we invested in with him is about to go back to the bank. We'll have a total loss of our investment--over $100k gone. I'm invested in several other syndicates with other firms without issue. Do your due diligence on this firm.
