Thank you. I have always used a home town community bank so i wasn't sure. After posting that question I looked at the Hard Money Lender section here on Bigger Pockets and went thru the prompts on one and learned a little about their % and points . I'm new to this site.  Thank you again.

Question for the Forum. What Hard Money Company would you recommend as far as terms for a fix and flip, or possible fix and rent ? Anyone?
