Hi my name is Ronnie Phillips, 26 years old working as a finance manager at a Chevrolet dealership here in Roseville CA. I bought my first home back in July of 2023. That was the first step to the rest of my life. For a while now I've had a burning passion to strive for financial freedom, experience is the only thing hindering my performance right now. If anyone in the local Sacramento/Placer county area, or even from outside the area are looking to partner and take the next step together towards financial freedom please reach out to me. I've been reading and soaking up lots of information regarding real estate investments. I want to take the next step whether its partnering or even just watching how a pro does business. I'm eager to learn more and willing to go the distance.

to whomever is willing to take this step with me

Thank you!

Thank you for that, closed mouths don't get fed so your right. Ill have to ask question to get the answers im looking for!

Hi I'm new to this and looking to start my journey towards financial freedom, I'm looking into purchasing a multi family rental unit to start earning passive income. One huge question i have is why would someone sell a duplex that already has tenants living in both homes. Is this a red flag?
