I have been doing a lot of reading on the forums and listen to all the podcast and I think it's time for me to take that step and start my direct mailing. 

My main interest is buy and hold and wholesaling in the delo co pa area.

I'm looking forward to meeting and interacting with a lot of good people doing business in that area, take someone out to lunch on the weekend to pick up some extra knowledge.
