Currently I own 1 rental property that is not free and clear of a mortgage. After further reading, it’s in my best interest to create an entity and move the property under the entity name. I’m hoping that this forum can provide the guidance on what steps I should take if any.

I’m a small investor just getting started in the real estate market. I’m constantly in search for knowledge and guidance from folks with more experience than I in this space. My background is within the information technology arena, so I know enterprise class computer systems. With that said, as I read through the forum thread I see many different recommendations for software. I want to take a pulse on the forum; I’m looking to build a CRM application that is web based and would be available from any device. The best part of it would be no monthly cost to use, it would be totally free.

If there are features that you would like to see in the application just let me know.
