Americans should be proud for yesterday game!

It was the best 0:0 game in 90 minutes in a long time.

Did you see the same thing when doing fix & flip?

If I get it right, thing that surprised me most is 50-50 partnership when buying property + PM fees to Dawn. That is rare in this kind of partnership. But it is nice to see that both partners have their skin in the game.

This is one of the most interesting threads to me on BP because I am not only out of state, I am across the ocean.

It is very nice to see that people from different states can make very good partnership.

I understand that it is much more risk for investor to invest out of state but sometimes that is only option. At the same time saying NO to that at beginning and not trusting anyone makes it impossible.

@Dawn Anastasi  &  @Mehran K.

Thank you very much for showing "to the world" that good partnership can be done in this way. Like Mehran said in podcast that audio book he recommend help make him goal setting, podcast #73 did similar thing to me. Hope one day I will find partner and have partnership like yours.

One question, how much harder is for you to make fix & flip business in this long distance partnership, or is it the same?

edit: i really don't know why @name thing don't work since I picked names from bottom of screen when I was writing post.

Fastest GOAL on this world cup just scored by USA! well done!

Btw Clint Dempsey , scorer of this goal is goal scorer on 3 different world cups! It is 12 years period of time and pretty rare achievement in the world

They are defenders of the title.

Thanks @Engelo Rumora  for making me not the only one here frustrated :)

P.S. After the game, on regular doping control even Brazilian player admitted that referee helped. Japan fans are ashamed with Japan referee and even Brazilian journalist wrote that Croatia is robbed.

@Walter Ichikawa-Doyle I am not so sure that it is "just an error" :)

Remember that this is Brazil and they play in Brazil.

I don't know if you know that same referee did mistake and gave red card to Brazilian Felipe Melo at quarterfinal match 4 years ago on World Cup in South Africa. Brazil lost that game and this look like payback time.

Also that same referee did huge mistake an World Club Cup. Players of damaged team was so furious that they burned down one Chinese restaurant (they thought that he is Chinese referee) :)

And penalty for Brazil is not the only thing that he did wrong.

On both of Brazilian goals there was foul on Croatian players in action before goal.

The penalty was not correctly taken because Neymar stopped before shot and that is not allowed. Also he disallowed Croatian goal after foul that is at least questionable. And at the beginning of game Neymar hit Modric with fist in the head, and that is for red card by the book.

I know that I sound like whining granny but all this things that I wrote is not from Croatian newspapers. Soccer experts from England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France etc. wrote those things.

I better not quote anything from Croatian newspapers :)
