Great resources thank you for the links. I am also asking what it is that makes a market a good market? What should I be looking for?

I am new and firmly in the education stage of my future real estate career I have read some great books and have been listening to the pod casts non stop. My question right now is how to analyze my market. Any tips or good books to read would be very helpful thank you everyone.

Hello everyone my name is Ronald Ward. I am a 31 year old automotive technician trying to get into real estate. I have some construction experience and have seen the power of real estate. Six months ago I hit rock bottom I have a fiance and 3 children and we all live in a camper parked at my friends house. I am deep in credit card debt and we live paycheck to paycheck. Then I read Rich dad poor dad and my eyes opened. I am on a 3 year plan that will end my debt and turn my families life around. Since reading rich dad poor dad I have been reading non stop and listening to the bp podcasts. My plan is to find a partner willing to take a chance on a newbie cause I am not bankable and have no working capital. I have the drive and determination to make this happen. If I cant find a partner I will wait until my debt is paid and I am bankable. My future is real estate flipping houses to pay for rentals multifamily is the path I want to take (4 green houses trade in for 1 red hotel). That is my story well just the start anyway the future is very bright. I will be on the podcast one day telling my story. Thanks everyone and any advice you may have is greatly appreciated.
