does the MLS have an option to keep an eye on a property by entering the address?

Didin't your offer state how many days you would take to close? I'm surprised the bank accepted an offer without one.

Thanks for the answer Mitch , No I haven't make an offer yet , I'm planing on making offer , normally how much time can I ask for without lossing my chance to win the bid

this is a 2 /1 originally , but last owner added a new bedroom in the back porch and a laundry room in the carpot.
are we going to have any problems to sale this property , since the records show 2 beds , and its a 3 bed now?
