I was driving by a neighborhood and saw an eviction notice in one of the houses , then I went to the county property appraiser and find out that wells fargo owns that property, I was wondering if there is a way to make an offer on that property before it goes to the MLS.

you can buy it on a land trust then sell your beneficiary interest on the trust to your end buyer

I've seen old post about this web site , but have you lately used this website? how acurate and helpful is it? do u use it as a regular tool for your business?

how much time do I have since the bank accepted my offer to the closing day ,or to find a buyer for a double or simultaneous closing ?

this is a 2 /1 originally , but last owner added a new bedroom in the back porch and a laundry room in the carpot.
