I do plan to flip properties in the near future (this/next month), but I'm not sure how things change when a lien is involved.

When selling a property, let's say with owner financing. Do I have to state that there is a lien against the property? Can I stipulate in the contract that once the payments are complete, and I use the payments to pay off the lien, I will then transfer title?

Perhaps someone can recommend a good attorney for me to get my forms together and in order.

Okay, I'm brand new here, go easy.

I'm trying to acquire a property out in Arizona. I know there is an encumbrance against the property, is there anything special that I need to do? Or can someone perhaps walk me through the process?

My understanding of quit claim deed is simply put it's a quick and dirty to transfer property from one party to another, with all liens, encumbrances, and any other problems included "As-is".

Ok, I'm a college student and a bit of a nomad. During school, I'm near Hartford, CT. Outside of school, I'm in the NYC area.

I am a 19 year old college student who is a year ahead in school.

I've been trading currencies and investing in stock options since I was 14 years old. In light of the changing market, I'm exploring other avenues of investment, the primary one of course is Real Estate.

I would like to retire as early as possible, and maybe this will help accelerate that.
