do a tenant have to pay another security deposit when renewing the lease if the rent is going up?

your best bet is to search for a mortgage broker and tell him or her your situation. they make things look good on paper for the bank.

I just bought a rental property this time last year...through renovations within one year it went from 430000 to 760000 in value. (2 bed 1 bath) to (4 bed 3 baths with deck and balcony)

I'm looking to buy more rental properties...

what is the quickest and efficient way to take the equity out of the house to buy more rental properties?

do I refinance cash out or do a HELOC?

I don't want to miss out on these deals

I'm currently using Avail... its straight to the point as far as lease and background checks for tenants and if you have any questions customer service is always available via online chat. hope this helps good luck @Erica J.

To lease, it’s no money down and then you pay the solar company 138 a month for 25yrs it also goes up 2.9% a year .

with that being said you still get a con Ed electric bill it’s just going to be 17 dollars a month

Con Ed is 200 and it’s average rate of going up is 4% a year

Good day, everyone... does it makes sense to put solar panels on a rental property?

property is in NYC

con Ed is Ridiculously getting out of hand with their electric bill.

to lease the panels its zero down and $138 after 2 months from instalation and my con ed bill would be roughly $20.

God bless you !!!! This is what I needed... I think I'm going to hold off on the LLC and see how the rental property does in it first 6 to 8 months.

S Corp wouldn’t work in my favor

THANKS ALOT!!!

Just bought my first rental property and currently in the final stages of renovation. I may not get a property manager to manage it for me.

Should I look to get an LLC or S Corp?
