Hi everyone I’m new to real estate wholesaling and I have a 12 page as is purchase and sales agreement as well as an assignment of contract I was wondering if anyone had something shorter they use here in the Miami Dade area or Fort Lauderdale area that is legal and easy for sellers ? Also any recommendations on good title companies for wholesalers because I have reached out to a few and they have never dealt with wholesaling.
