Hi, I am currently 17 but I have been doing lots of work studying, listening to podcasts, reading books, and coursing over properties trying to find the different aspects that make good deals, for the past 6 months, I have also saved around 35,000 and have 10,000 in assets and I will have another 40,000 by the time I am 18. However, now I am trying to look into Mentors that could help me before I start the process of getting my License. Is there any process or tool I should know how to do to bring value to the table and make myself a more attractive pupil? Any advice is much appreciated, Thank you for your time.
