@Mike Bonadies curious to learn more! Just PM'd you

@Steve Boianelli what's going brother?  Long time no see! Do they cover Philadelphia and South Jersey?  And how did SureWay and Realty Solutions work out for you?

So this discussion is about 1 year old now. Any feedback from the people who said they'd check out the PM's mentioned earlier? @Steve Boianelli - any luck?

My experience with reonomy is good (and I'm also in no way affiliated with them). I think they're still in their infancy and face growing challenges. Their data is not very accurate, but you can make it work for you. And most of the information they provide is actually public record - you just have to know where to look to easily find it for free. That said, I haven't been able to find anyone better than them yet.

@Noel Challenger - that's awesome! What's the conversion like? Is it also higher on FB?

@Yuriy Skripnichenko - thanks for the link and the info - very helpful!!

@Jenifer Kynor - thanks for sharing! Definitely agree with you. I assume you guys can help with that at TurboTenant?

@Joe Splitrock - thanks for sharing! Some great wisdom in your post. As a follow-up question, have you ever had experience with applicants complaining about you denying their application? How do you deal with that?

@Matthew Olszak - can't run away from the naysayers, so use them to your advantage to bump up your post - love it! thanks for sharing!

@Steve Boianelli - thanks for the tips! Posting signs at bus stops and convenience stores is a good idea.

@David Grabiner - didn't even consider that as an option. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Thanks!

@Shawn Pottschmidt - does Cozy advertise your listing or just screens?

@Michael Noto - great point! Will definitely be looking into it. Any online resource you recommend to get started? Nolo maybe?

@Craig Bellot - would you say a referral is the best way to get new tenants?

@Ian Walsh - any bad experience with Craigslist? Or maybe something to look out for? Doesn't look like there are a lot of Craigslist fans here haha

@Joe Splitrock - oooff, professional tenants - never even heard of that before! What tools do you use to screen tenants?

@Steve Boianelli, thanks for the input! I noticed you're based out of Medford, NJ, which is a suburb outside of Philadelphia. Do you own your rental properties in the suburbs too or somewhere in the city? I'm just curious to see if FB, Zillow, CL or any other outlet would be more/less effective when used for properties in the suburbs vs. urban areas.  What are your thoughts?
