I agree with Richard join the Las Vegas Investors Group and start out networking and finding your nitch.
As far as your question with wholesaling I would start out building a buyers list and figure out what will be your acquisition strategy (Shortsale, Preforeclosure, Subject too, REO's) Being able to put the property under contract and pass it off to another buyer as fast as possible is the key.

I just came from Bill Gatten's 2.5 day workshop and was curious if anyone else out there has had success with the system.

There has to be a way to disclose what your doing and still get the short sale approved. I have heard of a way before but don't have all the details.

Never thought of selling the corporation to the investor.

Does anyone understand how to as asigns a short sale so that you can wholesale the property without purchasing it first.

I am trying to avoid seasoning of title and any transfer tax that would come with it.

Does anyone out there know or a good website company. I am looking at wholesaling properties and would like to use a website for building my buyer and sellers list.
