Guys, thanks for all the great info. I currently have replacement cost, that's probably why its on the high side. Would you guys advise to stay with replacement cost or go with ACV?

Its a 40 year old brick 12 unit.

Thanks

Hi Folks,

Any suggestions for commercial insurance in Kansas? I have a 12-plex and believe my current insurance is high. Would like to get quotes form other companies and shop around.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Everyone,

This place is fantastic, I have been reading for awhile.

I Would like some advice on getting back into REI. I owned a couple rentals back in the 80's but sold when I moved for my job.

I have considerable assets, just built a ranch and house with cash, will appraise for about 500.

My income is in excess of 300 and I have plenty in the stock market.

My job is temporary and will last about 18 more months.

I would like to purchase some SFH to cash flow. I have over 100 to invest and of course my monthly income as I have no debts. My CS is around 750.

My questions are, how many mortgages can one person get?

I have read 4 or 10, what is the number?

I am considering buying houses in the 75-100,000 range.

I know some may say buy multi but I ahve been looking and can't really find the right one.

If you were in my position, how would you proceed, again looking to maximize

cash flow.

Thanks in advance.
