Adrian Reyes is the house in the RGV? If it is I can get you another contractor to give you a second estimate it doesn't seem like a 100k rehab to me.

I have seen a lot of re development in that area looks very promising. I'll be posting how the purchase went. It needs a full rehab so I hope my numbers are correct!
