Hello Everyone looking to beef up my credibility. Does anyone have any tips? Maybe a sample package? Thank you in advance.

I'm currently in a program to become a certified property manager.  In the program they teach that most states require a broker license to be a property manager. Can any brokers/ property managers shed some light on this? is the certification just a stepping stool? Thank you.

I started my real-estate investment journey in early 2023. My primary focus was tax liens and tax deeds. I had some succuss in Alabama, but as learned more about real-estate throughout to year, Multi-family and how achievable it is caught my attention. My mentor/coach is teaching me amazing things.
