What are some of your ideas? I am new to REI and have just read some books so far but here is a start to the list:

1. Read books about REI that are recommended from a reliable source.

2. Go to REI groups/clubs/seminars in your area.

3. Just dive right in and start investing.

4. Find a mentor

Just wondering what those experienced in investing recommend and why? If you could add to this list, give reasons why, rank these in order, or just give any input that would be awesome.

Thank you Jason and Dan.

Lets say someone has a specific goal of acquiring $10 million in 12 years. They are willing to dedicate there life to this, are these numbers possible in REI or would they need to look elsewhere.

Any input would be great.

Hey everyone,

I am just here to learn right now. I started reading about real estate about a month ago and have gone through 5 books and am really excited about it.

I am currently an accounting major at a pretty big school. I am planning on getting my masters and going to work for a big 4 firm, but this seems sooo much more fun.

I have a couple questions.

Say I graduate in 2 years with 2-10 grand debt. I learn everything about real estate I have time to over the next couple years and possible get started investing. How much can be made in 10 years and 20 years down the road? I know its a tough question to answer, but please try to give me some ballpark numbers.

I'll introduce myself more later, but I need to get reading these forums to learn some more! :D

Thanks,

RC
