Hello! Just like everyone else that I come across on here I am new and looking to get started in real estate investing in Atlanta. Currently I am working on the lending side of things, as a loan officer but my real passion is in the investing side. I don't have much to start from and will be looking into wholeselling as a way to get into the market from the start. Any help/comments/encouragement is always welcome!
