Newbie here.  Still saving for my first deal.   Especially since there will be a guest speaker, might be good to stop in.  Looking forward to meeting all of you.  

How does buying the audio work? What format is it in, anyone know? Also, had anyone actually done this? Note investing seems a lot more difficult and risky than just buy rentals.

Hi all. New here. Did a search for good books relating to real estate investing. I've seen a few recommendations for BP publications, but not sure how to find them in the app. I'll check them out tomorrow from my pc. Can anyone recommend a real investment book that's actually helped them? The ones that I have found have mixed reviews and seem to be very Tony Robbins-ish. Basically a few hundred page pep talk. Or worse, just an intro to someone's scam website or "step plan".

I'm also in the Gainesville area. Chris, I would be very interested in your meet-up. How do I get the details on when and where your next one is?
