@Kanchi Ji

Goodluck and yeah I haven't taken any steps yet I was planning on taking the class online here in about a month or so. Life's been kicking my *** but not giving up. Trying to get everything in order to reach my goals. Trying to get some recommendations of some brokers that would be good for a complete newbie. That way when I pass everything I know of a couple to look into first.

I'm looking into getting a realtor license in the next few months and I wondering who a good hands on broker would be to help with training and what not.

Back story: getting ready to work 2 jobs to make bills but I've been following real estate investing for years on YouTube. I eventually want to do that myself. I don't know anything when it comes to being a realtor other than its direct sales.

I want to find someone that can help me understand what all it entails and understand it. Maybe help through the first few deals. Once I understand and get it, I got it.

@Jonathan Beckett

No not yet working on my credit and saving up at the moment. I'm trying to learn everything I can, constantly looking for what could be great deals and trying to network in the mean time.

@Demetrius Ward

Newbie myself and still working on a few things before I get started but I'd say with a decent amount of cash it would he a good way to start wholesaling and I'd say a decent way find off market, liens, foreclosures,etc.

After you get a few deals, get use everything and know generally what all the costs should be it would be a good way to run comps but I would run them by a realtor to double check.

I actually had the service a while back but cancelled it due to lifes road bumps.

@Christian Lawson given that situation I would go with the 30 year fixed. I would like to say it would be less money down and that way it leaves you with hopefully enough to go to other deals.
