I work closely with my realtors and brokers. They bring me deals and I compensate very well them for their service. 

When I sell, I return the favor and use them to sell the property or rent it for me. 

However I am looking for anyone who has used Podio, Soho, InvestorFuze type CRM systems.

I am looking for a hard money loan in northern New Jersey. Preferably from a lender you have had a good and positive experience.

Yesterday I spoke to a local investor. She told me there is no inventory in northern New Jersey worth buying. I see it differently. 

What do you think?
