I'm not Chris, but I have found Donna Bauer's training to be worthwhile. She has a virtual conference coming up. Tell her I sent you and ask for a discount :)

@Ethan G. @Jay Hinrichs

take out the space between the "." and the "com" in the link - he did that so BP wouldn't remove the link

@Christopher Winkler
Weird, I only get the link when I try to reply!

THAT should be interesting. Can't wait.

I wish anyone luck dealing with an attorney and the court system. Hopefully it's better than family law. In my 29 month and counting divorce I've seen her attorneys get away with everything, including violating court orders. Nothing happens to them and nothing gets done EXCEPT... you getting billed. That's one thing they've got down pat and the judge and bar association is 100% behind them.

Best of luck getting this resolved one way or the other.

Regarding Quest Expo, Scott mentioned he was going to hang out for maybe one day this year and then head home; no speaking or booth as I recall

Stick to 70% minus repairs if you can. Yes, many are paying more.. and getting a "seminar" as Ron LeGrand would say.

Overpay and lose.

I'm active on the north side of San Antonio - sorta lost interest in the N.B. area because of sky high prices on everything. Would love to get together.

One meetup group meets at McAdoo's but that's a little pricey for meetups IMHO.

Non owner occupied are higher price... age of the roof will affect premium quite a bit.
In San Antonio there are a lot of hail claims (high percentage "bogus") and that causes rates to go up

I would be a cash buyer at the right price and area of town. Struggling to put together a *reliable* team of contractors though ;)

I've learned my lesson on overpaying so it's tough to find something to buy right now
