welcome to bigger pockets!! i read your post and it was quite interesting to me. mostly because i could relate. I am new to bigger pockets also and have construction background, which mine is in building maintainance. I was a building superintendant for about 5 years. And I've always been interested in real estate investing but never knew where to start. Bigger pockets is definitely the way to go!! Good luck!!!
