 Hi Kevin

Is this still the case today or are we getting late in the game

@PercyN it would single family town houses primarily. no specific area in mind. Cash flow is important but i'm willing to sacrifice part of the cash flow to get lower risk on appreciation / bad tenants

As for cap rate, not sure what is realistic in the US but I was thinking at around 7%

Hi everyone

I'm from Europe and new to investing real estate  in the U.S.

I have cash that I'd like to turn into monthly cash flow (so no loan needed). Obviously I'm looking for turnkey solutions as I'd like to avoid coming every month to the U.S.

Any suggestions for the best markets, solutions and/or providers for this ?

Thanks !
