Hi guys

Hope you are well! I started investing in rental property last December.

I purchased two properties.

1st property was already rented and tenant lost her job in January. I am not being able to get that rent and there is an eviction memorandum.

Apparently my PM is saying me that Urban League might take care of the rent for the tenant. That they usually pay Late but I end up getting my rent money.

Is that normal? How does it work? What should I do?

Additionally third prop is in section 8 about to get rented. The house is Rent ready 100%.

How long should it take?

Hi Guys

I am starting my Real estate investment journey.

I started in Alabama and buying recently rehabbed properties. In single family homes.

I am looking to buy want to do the rehab myself(with a contractor or handyman).

Want to make sure that extra money I am paying is worth it and not just lipstick.

Need help on finding the right team, or person.
