Hello,

I purchased a home in fountain hills last year. I love purchasing hillside homes due to their uniqueness and I've done well with them. What I want some advice with is that i'm looking to purchase another hillside home. The 2 areas I'm looking at is Arrowhead Manor Estates 51st Beardsley and Coral Gable Estates in Moon Valley. Which location is better?

Hi Rod. How do you define better? More appreciation potential? Safer? Near restaurants/entertainment, etc.?

Area, location, and the type of homes.

Hello,

I've seen homes East on Ranger on N tatum. Gated homes and large sizes. However, a friend showed me another area called grayhawk in scottsdale. Homes are smaller buts its scottsdale. Which area is better and are there subdivisions in scottsdale with big houses that aren't east of Hayden?

Moved to AZ from MI. Since AZ is mostly flat, I'm looking to acquire a home on top of the hill with a view because I think it stands out in AZ. I'm looking at the 7th St Thunderbird and Coral Gables area. Preferably a home built in the 90s and above. However, my wife wants Desert Ridge but homes are cookie-cutter. In addition, the area is building way too many apartments which will change the area. So, kinda stuck in what to do. Home with a View or Desert Ridge? What are your thoughts? Thanks.

I'm looking to buy shares of an LLC. The LLC is owned by a trust and a couple of investors. The trust is looking to sell 1 share to me. The owner of the trust says he'll personally guarantee my money back within 6 months if no cash flow from biz. He wants to give guarantee with a notarized memo. But he says he can't put that guarantee in the purchase agreement because the other investors wouldn't agree to it. Can he guarantee my money with the memo? does this sound fishy?

Just moved from MI and looking at homes on Pointe Golf Club Drive and Thunderbird or near Lookout Mountain. Really interested in a home on a mountain with a view. My wife wants to live in Desert Ridge Aviano homes. Work commute is no big deal either way. Kinda stuck on the areas. Which area is better, which do you prefer, and would you rather have a Mountain View or flat lot but maybe better area? Need all the help I can get. Thanks.
