@Dave Visaya thanks. I just purchased the Book on Flipping Houses and Estimating Rehabs. I'm excited to get started. My wife has done plenty of full house remodels. We are looking to learn where to find homes that are worth rehabbing. I've signed up for foreclosure com and looking at the data it seems that the listings aren't really that great in south florida. Where should I be looking? I heard by the time a home is listed in the MLS it's probably not a good fit for rehabbing.

Hi, my name is Rodrigo and I joined BiggerPockets to learn more about flipping houses and meeting like minded people. 

I am a software developer and my wife is an interior designer. We are looking to start flipping homes in the South Florida area.
