I've opened the floodgates of information, so narrowing down my niche is difficult. I'm leaning more towards the BRRR method, with investing long-term towards rentals and paying off mortgages. Even eyeing Airbnb. My wife is somewhat interested too but seems to fancy the idea of buying and equating on raw land; she's more of the slow growth, lowest risk possible type of saver. If we house hack, I don't see why we can't try various approaches, time and capital permitting, as well as being in agreement of the game plan. Have read a few blog articles already and read the one about a happy relationship: point taken.
But yeah, those meet and greets mentioned sounds better than having my nose in a book or computer monitor trying to figure things out, so I'll look into those soon.
