Starting the process to be more efficient with real estate financial management.  Looking for any input on financial institutions supportive and competitive with cash out refi's, banks/financial institutions easy to do business with on bank account side, business credit cards that provide the best "perks", financial institutions that provide lines of credit for a property management company and best app / software to help track and organize revenue / expenses.  Would be helpful to work with one bank / financial institution.  Appreciate any and all guidance.  Thank you!  RFA
