Hello all!

My question is, do i reach out to private lenders before or after i obtain a subject property?

I have a list of private lenders from a program i had purchased and no longer use, but before i canceled it i jotted down a few of the lenders. I just cant figure out if i should reach out to them now to see if there is a chance of using them as a lender or wait until i have a subject property to present. Thanks in advance
