You probably already bought this course but I saw the post and thought I'd chime in. I bought Scott's course and I thought it was great. I actually got a phone call from Scott himself to tell me that the order was being shipped. Good course, especially for the $.

I did end up buying the course & never received any type of email confirmation from the company, then checked my bank account 2 days after & they did charge me. So I waited about another 2 days to see if they were going to send some type of confirmation & NOTHING. So I emailed the contact email that was on the site & went for 2 days without getting a response. Emailed them my original message with date & time by forwarding my original message I had sent to them & after a couple of hours someone responded apologizing for not sending out the course & that it would get sent out right away and to send the last 4 digits of the CC used & address. I emailed him back & said If I had to go through all this to get the course then I didnt want it & to please refund my money back & he did so promptly.

Wanted to know if this course was any good. At the moment its $149 dollars and seems like a fairly well course but wanted to get peoples opinions on it. Kinda seems like Steve Cooks course Wholesaling for quick cash.

Has anyone ever heard of him or bought his course, it sells for about $1700 but there was a special from a webinar I listened to that was selling it for $800.00. Sounded like a pretty good course, you can flip deals to him & split profits 50/50 or negotiate forbearance packages with banks yourself if you choose not to flip deals to him.

I am in no way shape or form affiliated with Mike Collins, I got this link from one of my many emails that I'm subscribed to & thought it might help some people.

Nice house, blah blah, I decided to make an offer. It was a short sale. From there this guy had zero idea what he was doing. His contract was a joke, looked like it was written by a 2nd grader, plus he couldn't explain the process to me. Just not a good deal.

If I work with a wholesaler again I want somebody that at least knows what the hell they are doing and doesn't look like a clown.

Thats funny because thats how I usually dress but I wouldnt dress that way doing buisness.

was "Buying Real Estate without CASH or CREDIT" by Peter Conti & David Finkel, got it off barnes & nobles online for about $17.99 on sale. It was a great motivational book that teaches you what you should do step by step whether you are trying to wholesale, subject to or lease option & has nice scripts to use when talking to sellers, as well as a nice business plan to follow.

Do you know around how much it would cost to get an attorney to write up the contracts?
