Thanks

@Natalie Kolodij

Hi Natalie, first and foremost, thank you for the information. Much appreciated.

Got it. What I meant to say was that is not my primary job. It's this one house I purchased to renovate. Hopefully I can sell it.

Thanks for responding.

@Natalie Kolodij so, I'm not a full time investor I have another job and the flipping is a side hustle, I still would not enter that information on Sch C, right?

Bottom line is I'll list the expenses once the property is sold.

Hi there,

I purchased a home to rehab in 2018. I'm still working on it to sell in this year (2019).

I have received a 1098 Int for the interest paid for that property.

Should interest be filed on Sch A or Sch E?

The property is not my primary residence.

Thanks.

Rod

Excellent condition. I did major renovations on this house such as: new roof, new plumbing all over, new heat, all new windows, flooring, updated electric work.

Purchased last March for 148k. All together I owe 200k. Considering other similar houses in the area I’d say it’s worth 290-300k. It has 3 units and we just finished renovations mid Jan this year and currently 1 unit is rented for $1300. I’m asking 1200 for the other two units.

It’s been more than 6 months. Some banks are giving me a hard time.

Hello there,

I'm looking for any suggestions from someone who's a lender or someone who can recommend me one lender in Massachusetts for a refinance.

I currently have a loan w/ a private lender and now I need to refinance the loan.

Thank you for your advice.

Rod.

Hello there,

I'm trying to get advice on a good tenant screening service. I don't know it they are state specific but I'm in Massachusetts.

Any tips welcome.

Thank you.
