I'm in Louisiana. I have one mobile home that is in my LLC that I am currently renting out. I bought another mobile home that I will be moving in that i also put in my LLC. I will rent out my house since I'm moving into mobile home # 2.

How do I do my taxes for collecting rents?

Will I get tax benefits?

Is this even legal to do?

Local Facebook's Buy, Sell, and Trade pages. Negotiated buy doing a walk threw of the property and disusing its flaws. Seller was desperate to sell.

Structural integrity, cleanliness, repairing appliance parts, new water heater, skirting

Repairs cost more because of tools. Getting tenant due to follow up and not giving address so they can pre-see the outside and neighborhood.
