Is is possible to wholesale a short sale?  I attended a two day training on flipping short sales and almost every deal I found in the months after that training, the lender had a seasoning requirement.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi!  I am new to biggerpockets.com.  I am in the Kansas City area and ready to invest again.  My husband and I purchased, rehabbed and flipped, held, etc. 20 houses before the market crashed in 2008.  We only own our primary home right now.  

We are tired of working W-2 jobs and ready to get back in real estate investment business.  I know a lot has changed since 2008.  Any tips for getting starting over again?
