I'm in Pace Morby's Sub to Mentorship. I joined last week and I can tell you it is already worth every penny. Right now, I'm learning how to purchase a business subto with zero down. The community is second to none. There is no shortage of help because everyone there is a go-giver. We have pml's in the group too. Everything anyone needs to be successful in this business is in Pace's group.
