I’m in my senior year of high school and getting ready to go to college. Outside of school, I shift my interest towards financial investments such (stocks and real estate) and I’m just learning as much as possible. I’ve been reading books and studying the markets to try and gather as much information as possible before I actually get started, but I feel like with real estate there are a lot of learning opportunities in the field. I’ve been studying financial investments for about 4 years but I am just getting interested and curious about real estate.

I’d just like to see if anyone has ideas on how I can have a more hands-on learning experience to test the waters or learn as much about the market and deals as I can. I am a huge believer that books (while good) simply aren’t enough and the best way to learn is through some type of hands-on experience. If anyone has any ideas as to what I can do to increase my knowledge this way it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
