I'm looking for a licensed general contractor working north of Nashville who has experience with custom full home construction. I'm building a single home and will need to create drawings before construction begins. I would like to find someone with experience building post frame construction homes.

Thank you! I decided to try a local company in the town I'm flipping the house in. Once I get the final numbers I would like to see how they stack up to what I should be paying for a professional install job.

I am beginning my first official flip, which is located north of Nashville. I'm looking for recommendations for a cost effective cabinet source. I posted a similar post in the Nashville, TN local forum section, but I'm perfectly fine with non local sources, as long as shipping costs don't become prohibitive.

I'm guessing that giving the value reference for my original post was a no no, so it got cut off beyond that information. I apologize for any violation I may have made in posting that information. A different way to express what I intended is this property is not a high end property. So I'm not really interested in exotic hard wood. Cost effective solutions are appreciated.
