Hello fellow real estate entrepreneurs,

If you are an investor in the LA, OC, SBD, & Riverside counties, please reply if you are looking for properties.  I am building my list of investors who are looking for properties to rehab and flip or hold.  That way when I come across one, I can reach out to you right away and see if you like it.  Just planning ahead for when the time comes since time is limited once a nice deal is found.  Feel free to message me or respond here and i will keep you contact info handy.

Thanks again.

Hello everyone,

I have lists for NOD and auctions and I was wondering what is the best way to use these lists to get property leads to either list for sale or to flip? Either way is good for me. What would you guys do or what do you guys suggest I do to monetize these lists or make use of them?

Thanks my fellow real estate entrepreneurs!

I have a lead for a flip in another state and the potential net is around $30k.

The house needs a new garage, some paint, carpet, and minor cosmetic stuff.

How would I find good contractors in that area without breaking the bank? And how can I know that they are trustworthy?  How is a good way to make sure they complete the work in a timely manner?

I am self employed so I can go out to the site to manage the project of need be.

How would any of you handle this situation if you were in it?
