Hello all of you LA investors! I'm so glad I signed up here. I'm from Kinder, but I live in Lafayette. I'm a buy/hold investor, but I'll do some wholesaling and flipping soon. I just retired from the military in December 2012, got my real estate license and I'm now a full time investor. We definitely need to all get together. I've been driving to Baton Rouge to meet with their investment group because I haven't found any active groups anywhere closer.
