Agree 100% with @Cara Lonsdale

It is crucial to know the risks and the payback terms.

I borrowed the max amount from mine in July 2017, purchased 3 properties and had to reduce my contribution % to account for the amount withdrawn from my account.  I was fully in the know so it wasnt a shock.  Consider this method diversification.

Good luck!

This is exactly why I joined BP.  Learning from the brightest and understanding the need to set the right vision.

In 2017 I bought my first 3 properties; have learned a lot and need to learn a lot more.  Here goes (Lets see if I can keep it S.M.A.R.T.):

1) Purchase 5 properties in 2018 - all out of state, cashflowing $250 ea.

2) Build portfolio presentation to attract private investors in Q1 and market the crap out of it.  Goal is to attract private money to fund 2 out of the 5 purchases

3) Invest in 2 rehab projects with partners to learn the flipping process

4) Invest in myself - 1 book, seminar, meetup or network event per month

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Post: Looking for a Reputable Turnkey Provider in San Antonio TX

Hi All

Has anyone come across a trustworthy, reputable and stand up turnkey provider that deals with San Antonio properties?

I haven't had much luck tracking any down. I've only found 1 so far, Norada, and they don't currently have any properties available (they had a 4plex a few weeks ago but I was slow to pull the trigger).

Any help would be appreciated!

Rob

What turn key company are you working with?
