A while back I complained about how they had advertised allowing pets, which is why I moved in, then the next month I was 12 hours late with my rent. Now they are telling me they want to "severe the relationship" because it would be best for both parties yet I really dont want to leave now that I am on month to month.

I have already complained to Hud about them falsely advertising about the pets, but I am wondering is there anything else I can do to stay here? For a year I have never been late on rent, only that one time.

I was wondering, what is the best way for me to start investing. I have very little income, but good credit and live in one of the most expensive markets in the country, San Diego, CA.

My best friend who has a better job and lives in a cheaper area is making a killing from the real estate investing books I gave him back in high school/college. I there anyway I can get into this game with very little income?
