Thank you @Mitch Messer Does she have a team/company for the property mgt (PM) service? I’ve found agents who are handling both buy/sell and PM may not have the time to be able to attend to all ... And anyway I prefer that they help me focus and be really good in PM

Hi all, I’m new to this forum but I have been investing in few SFR and fourplex around Norcross and Duluth, GA area. I was hoping if there‘s fellow landlord who could share advice on any good property management company in that area. Thank you!
